Exploring the ancient healing practices of reflexology, moxibustion, and traditional medicine that have been passed down for thousands of years in Thailand and China.
During my time in Thailand and China, I encountered these healing practices that were once unfamiliar to me. Now, I see how deeply embedded reflexology, moxibustion, and other methods are in their cultures. They are not just practices; they are a heritage passed down for thousands of years, even though many people still don’t know them in depth.
