Your first visit

Before you come

Nothing here should be a surprise

Most people who book here have only had the spa kind of massage before. This is what's different.

BEFORE

A two-minute form

Where it hurts, how long it's been going on, anything we should know. It arrives by email the moment you book.

ARRIVING

Come as you are

Suite 211-1, second floor. There's a waiting area. Five minutes early is plenty on a first visit.

IN THE ROOM

You stay in control

You stay covered throughout and you decide what you keep on. Say the word and pressure, area or the whole session changes.

Will my insurance cover it?

For massage and mixed sessions, yes — the receipt carries the therapist's name, the FQM number 20937, the date, the treatment and the amount you paid. Reflexology on its own is not receipted.

Most Québec extended health plans include massage therapy. Check your own plan for the annual cap and whether a referral is required.

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in. You stay covered throughout and you decide what you keep on.

Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.

Will it hurt?

Treatment work on a tight area can be uncomfortable while it's happening — but it should never be something you endure in silence.

Say the word and the pressure changes immediately. That isn't a courtesy, it's how the session is meant to run.

How do I get there?

Suite 211-1, second floor, at 1805 Rue Sauvé Ouest. Métro Sauvé is a short walk, bus 121 stops nearby, and there's street parking.

Five minutes early is plenty on a first visit — enough time to settle, not enough to sit around.

What should I bring?

Nothing. Your intake form arrives by email when you book, so there's no clipboard waiting for you.

If you're claiming on insurance, your policy number is useful but not required at the visit.

What happens afterwards?

Your therapist will tell you what they found and what would help — including if that's something other than massage.

Your receipt arrives by email. If a follow-up would help, they'll say so; nobody will push you to rebook at the desk.

How do I pay?

By card at the clinic. Session packs are paid at the clinic too, at your first pack session. The exception is the weekend: Saturday and Sunday sessions are paid in full to confirm, through the payment link we email you when you pick your time.

Every appointment booked against a pack is already covered when you walk in.

What if I need to change my appointment?

Free up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation email. No phone call needed.

Do you speak French or Arabic?

The clinic operates in English and French. Samer also speaks Arabic.
