Who we are

Natural Healing Motives Clinic (Clinique des motivations de guérison naturelle) is operated by Samer Turk, 1805 Rue Sauvé Ouest, suite 211-1, Montréal QC H4N 3B8 · 514-577-7691 · [email protected]. These terms apply when you use nhmc.clinic or book a session with the clinic.

Booking

You can book online, by phone or at the clinic. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation. Please give your real name, phone number and email, and tell us before your session about anything relevant to your health.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the Pricing page, in Canadian dollars. How and when you pay depends on the session, and it is shown to you before you confirm.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and missed appointments follow our Cancellation policy.

Your health

Massage therapy and reflexology do not replace medical care. Tell your therapist about any condition, pregnancy, injury or medication. Your therapist may adjust or decline a treatment if it is not safe for you.

Text messages (SMS)

When you give your mobile number to book, you agree to receive text messages from Natural Healing Motives Clinic about your appointments: confirmations, reminders, changes, and replies to your messages. The number of messages depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 514-577-7691. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking; you can ask to be reached by email or phone instead.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Emails

We email you about your bookings: confirmations, reminders and receipts. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Applicable law
