What we collect, and what we do with it

What we collect

When you book we collect your name, phone number and email address. Before your first session we ask where it hurts and anything relevant about your health, so your therapist is prepared before you arrive.

Why we collect it

To confirm and remind you about your appointment, to treat you safely, and to issue receipts. Your intake answers are clinical information and are seen by your therapist.

Who sees it

Your therapist, and the clinic's booking system. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Health records are kept for the period required of massage therapy practice in Québec. Booking and contact details are kept while you remain a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the clinic. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential message at any time; appointment confirmations and reminders are part of the service you booked.
