Changing or cancelling an appointment

Free changes up to 24 hours before

You can reschedule or cancel any appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time, by calling or texting the clinic at 514-577-7691. No reason is required.

Inside 24 hours

Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, because the time cannot usually be filled. In practice we look at the circumstances — illness, weather and emergencies are treated as what they are.

Missed appointments

An appointment nobody attends and nobody cancelled may be charged in full.

Session packs

Pack sessions are booked all at once, when you book the pack: six sessions within three weeks, ten within ten weeks. Pack dates can only be changed by the clinic — call or write and we'll move them. A pack session missed without notice may be deducted from the pack.

Weekend appointments

Saturday and Sunday appointments are paid in full to confirm: $57.49 for 30 minutes, $109.23 for 60 or $155.22 for 90, GST and QST included. When you pick a weekend time in the booker, we hold it for you and email you a secure payment link; the appointment is confirmed the moment you pay. If payment is not received within 48 hours (or 2 hours before the session, whichever comes first), the hold is released and nothing is charged. Weekend payments are non-refundable. Late arrival

Your session ends at its scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. Arriving late shortens the session rather than moving it.
